The overall goal of my workshops is to focus on the basics—strong

composition and simple values to create the underlying structure of your painting. Value is your friend.

I do small demonstration paintings  for each lesson. We begin with simple drawing lessons, move on to working out the relationship of lights and darks (Values) then finish in color using a limited palette.
